Refund policy

Returns are only accepted within 14 days only if there is a mistake on our part with the personalization or in the order. Exchanges are accepted on a case to case basis.

To avoid any issues with personalization please go over your instructions several times, or even have someone else read it for you before submitting.

Ask for a proof and approval if you have time to wait for those and respond within a reasonable time so your order is not delayed.
